Making Pita & old fashioned photos
One of my favorite dishes in Kosovo is "Pita!" Super-flaky layers of fillo dough with spinach and yogurt inside. Delicious!! I have only attempted this by myself once in 2004! So I decided to give it another go yesterday- it turned out delicious!
Another cool thing, V and I have started playing with old-timey photos and videos. (see below) Imagine if people in the 1950s could have seen how crisp and clear our high def digital photos are today... and then be told that we change our photos to make them look fuzzy and old. ha!
